Schematic cleanup

placed decoupling caps where they are located on the board. Placed items in groups and did my best to place nets near their origins. Also generally group items where they are located on the board.

Added boards

Added boards for a cutdown circuit, spi flash storage and spi flash breakout board and a shield template.

added active gps board

added a v2 version with active gps antenna

silkscreen cleanup

moved silkscreen tvalues and bvalues to tnames and bnames so they show up correctly in macrofab / oshpark.

updated board outline

updated board outline to makek the bottom cutout complete.
