Added MOSFET models, updated info

Updated DAC buffer amps & datasheets Changed the positive supply of DAC buffer op amps from +5V to +12V, added input offset trimming and set their gain to 2 (1.98). This was done in order to achieve maximum current at low voltages by increasing the maximum gate voltage, and to cailbrate the op amps.
