* File structure changed: cc-related files moved to Radio folder.

* Pills rewritten: pill manager implemented. + Pill is protected wit semaphore. * At UART RX IRQ flag ORE cleared, as RXNE IRQ enables ORE, too.

* Pill struct changed + Pill cure and charge lowering
