Added integration test for inverted pedals

Increased oscillator frequency from 4MHz to 8MHz

Removed unused method hwPeripherals_waitForTimer

Change of the interface to hw_abstraction due to stack depth problems when compiling for PIC

Refactored config switches. Added dedicated switch for inversion of the pedal state.

Addition of build output for target platform: asm files and linked application as hex file

Implemented second version of the software: - Buxfixes - Integration tests 1 and 2 working with mocked hardwrae - PIC HW access - No debounce yet (will only be implemented when needed) - Some todos left, which will be done when setting up the hardware
