&lt;p&gt;This library is a collection of SMD and through hole resistors and capacitors by various manufacturers. Some of these include types from Panasonic, Kemet, BC Components and others. Many of the packages were adapted from &lt;b&gt;rcl.lbr&lt;/b&gt; and &lt;b&gt;cap-pan40.lbr&lt;/b&gt; and have been renamed and grouped in a more logical form.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Silkscreen elements are a minimum of 8 mils in width with larger components using 10 mil widths. Most of the SMD components have text sizes of 0 .04" and thru-hole components are 0.05" in size.  A text ratio of 14 is used in both cases. Where practical, the elements are aligned on a 12.5 mil or 6.25 mil grid depending on the pad size and spacing.&lt;/p&gt;
